JSIJ Handyman provides residential handyman services in Sacramento, CA and surrounding areas, including general repairs, painting and drywall, furniture assembly, and deck and fencing work. Specific services and pricing are confirmed on a per-job basis before any work begins.
Free estimates are provided before any work begins. Estimates are based on information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs materially from what was initially described. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and common digital payment methods. A $25 first-time customer discount ("JSIJ25") is available to new customers upon request — one per household, no minimum required.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of a completed job, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right at no additional charge. This courtesy warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to our work.

JSIJ Handyman is licensed and insured. In the event of accidental damage caused during service, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damages resulting from your failure to disclose known hazards.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, use it to transmit harmful content, or violate any applicable laws.
